Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan recognises trainees who perform strongly throughout training. Rather than a single exam score, our structured assessment process looks at performance, attendance, and need across the programme to identify trainees who will benefit most from additional support.
The Laptop Reward is one of these performance-based support programmes. Trainees identified as talented, hardworking, and deserving by the programme management may become eligible to receive a free laptop or Chromebook to support their continued learning, practical training, freelancing, and professional development.
Other Performance-Based Support Programmes
- Educational Scholarships: Fee support for high-performing trainees identified through the assessment process.
- Solar System Support: Reliable power support for trainees in areas with limited access to the grid.
- E-Bike Support: Transport support to help trainees reliably attend in-person training sessions.
