Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan — Scholarship Card Initiative

Overview

The Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan Scholarship Card is a merit-based recognition initiative introduced under the Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan programme. The Scholarship Card is designed to recognise and reward trainees who demonstrate outstanding academic performance throughout their training.

Awarded exclusively on merit, the Scholarship Card becomes available to eligible participants who achieve a minimum of 85% in the Final Evaluation Test and satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria. Cardholders may become eligible for a range of performance-based rewards, including Fee Reimbursement, Solar Panel Reward, Chromebook Reward, Laptop Reward, and E-Bike Reward, based on their final merit, approved reward criteria, and available quota.

The initiative promotes academic excellence, encourages healthy competition, and motivates trainees to achieve higher performance while supporting their continued education, digital learning, and professional growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be a resident of Gilgit-Baltistan
• Be aged between 15 and 40 years
• Hold a valid CNIC/B-Form
• Be enrolled in a registered course under Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan
• Have no previous record of a Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan Scholarship Card

How to Apply for a Scholarship Card?

1. Online Registration: Visit rozgargilgitbaltistan.org and select "Apply Now".
2. Application Form: Fill the application form carefully, provide correct information, and upload the required documents.
3. Verification & Approval: Your application is verified by the Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan team. Once approved, the Scholarship Card is issued and activated.

Merit-Based Scholarship Rewards

Scholarship rewards are offered progressively based on the trainee’s final performance. The reward structure begins from 85% marks and may include:

• Minimum 85% Merit: Fee Reimbursement
• 86% – 88% Merit: Solar Panel Reward
• 89% – 91% Merit: Chromebook Reward
• 92% – 94% Merit: Laptop Reward
• 95% – Above Merit: E-Bike Reward

The exact percentage thresholds, reward quotas, eligibility criteria, and distribution process for each reward are determined solely by Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan and may be revised from time to time.

Important: achieving 85% marks qualifies a trainee to be considered for the Scholarship Card programme. Rewards are allocated according to the trainee’s final merit ranking, approved criteria, available quota, and Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan’s policies.

Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan Scholarship Card — Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Eligibility Criteria

   Only trainees enrolled in IT training courses under the Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan programme are eligible to apply for the Scholarship Card.

2. 2. Merit-Based Selection

   Trainees must complete their course and obtain a minimum of 85% marks in their final evaluation to qualify. The reward structure begins from 85% marks as set out above.

3. 3. Course Completion

   Trainees must attend all required sessions and fulfil the attendance and assignment criteria set by the training provider. Incomplete coursework or failure to appear in the final assessment results in disqualification from scholarship eligibility.

4. 4. Verification Process

   All academic records, attendance, and marks are verified by the programme management before a Scholarship Card is awarded. Misrepresentation of information or cheating during assessments leads to immediate disqualification.

5. 5. Distribution of Rewards

   Rewards under this programme (e.g. laptops, solar panels, e-bikes) are subject to availability and are distributed in phases. Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan reserves the right to change, replace, or cancel any reward without prior notice.

6. 6. Non-Transferable

   The Scholarship Card and associated rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the selected trainee.

7. 7. Right to Amend

   Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. 8. Final Decision

   All decisions made by Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan regarding eligibility, merit ranking, and reward distribution are considered final and binding.
