6. Final Evaluation and Scholarship Card Policy

The format, schedule, and venue of the Final Evaluation Test are determined solely by Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan and may be conducted online or in person. Eligibility for the Scholarship Card is strictly merit based. Trainees who score below 85% in the Final Evaluation Test are not eligible for the Scholarship Card. All decisions relating to eligibility, merit ranking, and reward distribution are assessed solely on merit and are final. Requests for rechecking, re-evaluation, or score revision will not be entertained.
