These Terms & Conditions govern your registration, training, and use of the Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan website and services. By registering for a course, applying for a Scholarship Card, or otherwise using rozgargilgitbaltistan.org, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register with Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan, you must:

  • Be a resident of Gilgit Baltistan
  • Meet the minimum education requirement for the course you are applying to
  • Provide accurate and truthful information, including a valid CNIC / B-Form
  • Register only once per training cycle

Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan reserves the right to verify the information you provide and to decline or cancel a registration where the information given is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

2. Training Fees

All training programmes offered under Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan are free of cost. A registration fee is payable at the time of enrolment. Beyond this registration fee, we do not charge any tuition or processing fee at any stage of application, enrolment, or training.

3. Trainee Conduct

As a registered trainee, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions regularly and complete assignments and assessments on time
  • Treat trainers, staff, and fellow trainees with respect
  • Use Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan learning materials and resources for personal training purposes only
  • Not share login credentials or allow another person to attend or take assessments on your behalf
  • Not misrepresent information or engage in cheating during any assessment

Failure to meet these expectations may result in suspension or termination of your registration, at the discretion of Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan.

4. Certificates and Final Evaluation

Certificates are issued to trainees who complete the required attendance, assignments, and assessments for their course. The format, schedule, and venue of the Final Evaluation Test are determined solely by Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan and may be conducted online or in person. Evaluation decisions are final, and requests for rechecking, re-evaluation, or score revision will not be entertained.

5. Scholarship Card Programme

The Scholarship Card is a separate, merit-based programme with its own eligibility criteria and terms. Full details are set out on the Scholarship Card page, and applicants must agree to those terms separately when applying.

6. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All course content, learning materials, branding, and other material published on this website belong to Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan or its training partners and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan makes reasonable efforts to ensure training, job placement support, and other services are delivered as described, but does not guarantee employment, income, or specific outcomes following course completion.

8. Changes to These Terms

Rozgar Gilgit Baltistan may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
